First major leadership role, brought in to overhaul a newly acquired healthtech company and build the template the wider org would follow. Designed and implemented cloud services for the platform, partnering with software architects and developers across multiple teams on architecture, scripting, database, and data services, and managed and documented Terraform module code. Built a full end-to-end deployment pipeline over six months; after a leadership change condensed the platform, pivoted to rollout and led migrating two organizations onto the new standards while maintaining legacy products and helping drive incident response.
