First major leadership role, brought in to overhaul a newly acquired healthtech company and build the template the wider org would follow. Designed and implemented cloud services for the platform, partnering with software architects and developers across multiple teams on architecture, scripting, database, and data services, and managed and documented Terraform module code. Built a full end-to-end deployment pipeline over six months; after a leadership change condensed the platform, pivoted to rollout and led migrating two organizations onto the new standards while maintaining legacy products and helping drive incident response.

DevOps engineer at an 80–100-person B2B SaaS eCommerce and inventory platform. Translated technical requirements, automated servers to optimize reliability and cost, and monitored ELK/Grafana alerts on an event-driven, high-transaction system within the Azure cloud environment. Owned all DevOps operations during Western Hemisphere daytime hours as the Eastern-time first point of contact for developers, ran on-call and first response for roughly half of all incidents, and developed a blue/green deployment system. Promoted from junior within the first year and trusted with solo projects as a non-lead.

Co-founded a healthtech startup spun out of a university capstone alongside a GI physician. Led a team of developers through the capstone build before spinning the project into its own company, then owned the entire technology stack from the mobile app to the public API and cross-department scheduling integrations. Won the Healthcare Award at the 2018 SpeedUp competition and graduated from the XLerateHealth accelerator.
