Hands-on AI infrastructure built and battle-tested in my homelab: GPU passthrough, self-hosted LLM inference (Ollama/vLLM), in-browser WebGPU models, and right-sized data pipelines for containerized AI workloads.

Leading teams through migrations, incidents, and changing priorities while keeping people calm and unblocked. Mentoring engineers, setting realistic expectations, and owning outcomes good or bad.

Right-sizing infrastructure before it right-sizes the budget. Auditing cloud spend, eliminating idle resources, and knowing when on-prem or a smaller instance does the job just as well.
